Reassembly

This was a painstaking job to get the bumper components to fit properly.
If you are refitting a chrome bumper, check the position of the holes for the overriders.
As you can see from the picture, the holes were not even in height,
causing the overriders to sit crooked due the different curvature of the bumper.
Worse yet, was fitting the "plinth" to the overrider.
The contour of the plinth did not match that of the overrider.
I reordered 3 pairs of overriders and plinth sets until I could mix and match and get in the ballpark.
The picture shows the best match, which still left much to be desired.
I carefully filed the plinth until its contour matched the overrider without a gap.
